POLICIES

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 6 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

NO SHOW/LAST MINUTE CANCELATION

We are very excited about your upcoming appointment! Here at SugarWorks our goal is to provide you with the BEST client care possible, but we also request common courtesy as well. We ask that you please check in at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to fill out forms and enjoy light refreshments. We do require a 6 hour cancellation notice, unless of an emergency.

 
NO SHOW POLICY:
First time no show/last minute cancellation: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
Second time you schedule an appointment and are a no show/last minute cancellation: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

As a courtesy, our system will text and/or email to confirm your appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and the no show fee.
